Precious Elements is the best!! They truly care about their customers and are so easy to work with. And, they saved a precious ring of mine. They offered to clean and showed me how the prongs were worn around the diamond. I could have lost it at any time. I am so thankful they took the time to really clean it and see the issue. Now they are fixing it and I can’t wait to see it. I highly recommend them!!

We were looking for a place that would give us a fair price on my father in laws Sterling silver flatware. After spending half the day going from place to place we found Precious Elements! The sales ladies were very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend you checking them out if you’re looking to sell gold or silver.

Brought in a piece of jewelry that was sentimental to my wife and asked if they could fix it. Initially, I was told it may not be possible due to the sizing… but they impressed the heck out of me a couple weeks later when they fixed it exactly how my wife wanted it. She loves it! I got a watch battery replacement for only $15 and I was in and out in less than 10 min. Super friendly staff, upbeat and so nice to customers. I’m glad they’re close by to me bc I’ll definitely give them my business for my jewelry maintenance going forward. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had an awesome experience with Precious Elements. I brought in my rope chain because I needed two pendants to fit properly, and they took care of it fast and professionally. The staff was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and got the repair done way quicker than I expected. The chain and pendants fit perfectly now, and the quality of their work really shows. Nice and sweet staff took care of me! Came in for a battery replacement on my watch. Ended up asking if they could clean my silver chain and they did for me for free! Was in and out in 10 min

Went in for a repairs, diamond replacement and sizing on two rings. The employees were very nice, explained what needed to be fixed well, and were transparent about pricing. Got it back sparkling in two weeks!

Customer service is amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. She explained the whole process step by step no rush whatsoever. And at that she cleaned my ring for free! Definitely coming back
